I held the rank of CAPT (0-6), United States Public Health Service (USPHS), Retired Commissioned Officer; served in the U.S. Army 7.5 years reaching the rank of Sergeant (Promotable) (E-5) - Enlisted Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO), with a combined 20 year career of selfless active duty service to the United States.
