Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Stephanie and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. As a former first responder and healthcare worker, I am passionate about helping the helpers. You show up for others, but who shows up for you? It’s time to learn how to disengage survival mode and put you first.

Whether you’re dealing with critical incident stress, burnout, compassion fatigue, or the cumulative trauma of years in high-stakes environments, I provide a space where you don’t have to explain the job, because I’ve been there.

My approach is collaborative and practical. I use evidence-based tools like DBT skills, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused techniques, along with education about how your nervous system works (because understanding yourself is half the battle). We’ll work at your pace to build coping strategies that actually fit your life, help you regulate your stress, and reconnect you with the parts of yourself that got lost along the way.

You’ve spent your career helping others. Let me help you show up for yourself.

Licensed in: Alabama, Arkansas, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York, Utah and Washington.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a person-centered approach, integrating evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. I am committed to creating a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients can explore their experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and reconnect with their sense of agency and authenticity.

I am especially passionate about working with those who care for others, supporting individuals in shifting from surviving to fully engaging in their lives. Emphasizing the importance of “putting your own oxygen mask on first,”

What you can expect from me

I encourage my clients to step off the sidelines and reengage with their lives with greater self-awareness, resilience, and empowerment.
