Great to meet you!

Stress, anxiety, panic, trauma, or depression taking away your peace? You don’t have to keep feeling stuck, defeated, or disconnected from the life you want. After a decade as a chiropractor helping people with back and joint pain, I discovered a powerful pattern: unresolved emotional pain can affect us physically, mentally, and emotionally. That realization led me to counseling—and to a passion for helping people heal from the inside out. I work with concerns including anxiety, trauma, ADHD, addiction, mood disorders, chronic pain, codependency, phobias, and women’s issues.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change begins when you understand what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we’ll explore the experiences, thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while developing practical ways to cope, heal, and move forward. My approach recognizes the powerful connection between mind and body and focuses not just on managing symptoms, but on helping you understand yourself, make peace with your past, and reclaim your sense of power.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what you want to change, and what you hope life can look like moving forward. You won’t be judged or expected to have everything figured out. We’ll start where you are and take the first steps toward greater peace, confidence, and a life that feels more fulfilling.
