My ideal clients are adults who may look like they have things under control, but inside feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or constantly on edge. Therapy often starts when anxiety, panic, ADHD, chronic stress, racing thoughts, perfectionism, or burnout begin interfering with daily life. The focus is on slowing things down, understanding patterns more clearly, and building practical tools that support a greater sense of calm, confidence, and control.
