Great to meet you!

I’m a clinical psychologist trained in evidence-based approaches, including integrative Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. After over 20 years immersed in academic research, teaching, and training new psychologists, I transitioned into clinical practice to work more directly and meaningfully with individuals seeking change in their lives. That shift reflects what I value most—partnering with people in real time as they build insight, skills, and momentum in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with complementary approaches drawn from mindfulness-based therapies, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and interpersonal and insight-oriented work to help people identify and address the roadblocks to a great life. I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

The first session is dedicated to developing a shared understanding of your challenges and working together to develop a plan to get you on track!
