Great to meet you!

I am a LCSW and Psychotherapist with a passion for empowering individuals to overcome life’s challenges and embrace their authentic selves. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and culturally affirming space where clients can explore their emotions, develop new coping strategies, and work toward healing and growth. With thoughtful compassion we will work to set and accomplish goals.

The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear. -Nelson Mandela.

My approach to therapy

I specializes in treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, and men's issues, with a particular focus on navigating the complexities of identity, relationships, and life transitions. With years of experience working with diverse populations, I have developed a deep understanding of how cultural, societal, and personal factors intersect to impact mental well-being. My approach is rooted in several evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT and IFS.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to identify and challenge negative thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress, gain practical tools to reframe their thinking and cultivate healthier behaviors. We will emphasize the importance of mindfulness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness, to help manage overwhelming emotions and build more fulfilling relationships. Clients will explore the various "parts" of themselves to foster internal harmony and self-compassion.
