Great to meet you!

I have been providing counseling services to individuals, couples and families since 1999. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling, am a Certified Sex Therapist, and have specialized training in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma as well as fostering healthy relationships.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am eclectic in my approach and believe no one knows you better than yourself. I will follow your lead and draw from various skills and techniques I have developed over my decades in the field. I am continuously learning and building my knowledge base to provide the most effective level of service to my clients.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is for you to feel understood, seen and valued as a human being. We will establish goals together and if you are hoping to build skills to manage and express emotions, each session I aim to add to your resources. When working on relationships, we will practice in session communication strategies as well as strategies to handle conflict.
