Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with 8 years of experience supporting individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Master of Social Work from Michigan State University, and I’m passionate about helping former military service members and others work through anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and person-centered. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you move toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, I’ll take time to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and learn about the experiences, strengths, and goals that are important to you. We’ll talk about what you hope to gain from counseling and begin identifying ways I can support you.
