Great to meet you!

I take a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. My style balances empathy with practical strategies, helping you feel both supported and empowered to make meaningful changes. I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults, and I enjoy creating a safe space where you can explore challenges, build confidence, and develop new coping skills. My strengths include building strong connections, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs, and working holistically by collaborating with families and providers to ensure well-rounded support.

My approach to therapy

I’m a licensed psychotherapist with experience working with children, teens, and adults, as well as supporting families as a whole. I earned my Master’s in Counseling and have a strong background in both individual therapy and group work, including coordinating adolescent groups focused on social skills and emotional wellness.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical — I want clients to feel both understood and equipped with strategies they can use in daily life. I specialize in areas such as anxiety, depression, social skills, self-esteem, and navigating life transitions. I believe in a holistic style of care, often collaborating with schools, providers, and families to ensure the best support possible.

Clients often tell me they appreciate my ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can open up and feel empowered to make meaningful changes.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with me feeling heard, supported, and equipped with tools they can use outside of therapy. Together, we’ll work on building coping strategies, improving self-awareness, and strengthening problem-solving skills that fit your unique needs. My goal is that clients walk away not only with greater clarity and confidence, but also with practical steps they can apply in everyday life. Over time, clients often notice growth in resilience, improved communication, and a stronger sense of self.
