Great to meet you!

If life feels overwhelming, heavy, or like you’re constantly pushing through on your own, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to stay stuck there. I work with people who are tired of feeling anxious, emotionally drained, or unsure why certain patterns keep showing up in their lives. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and more in control of your mental and emotional well-being.

I believe healing happens best when you feel safe, heard, and respected. You don’t need to have the “right words” or everything figured out, showing up as you are is enough

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I take the time to really listen and understand what’s going on beneath the surface, not just what you’re experiencing but how it’s affecting your everyday life. Together, we’ll work on building awareness, developing tools that actually fit you, and helping you feel more grounded and confident moving forward.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, mood changes, focus challenges, or emotional overwhelm, I focus on helping you make sense of what’s happening and take meaningful steps toward feeling better, at your pace.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a conversation. There’s no pressure, no judgment, and no expectations to share more than you’re ready to. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what’s been hardest lately, and what you’d like to feel different in your life.

By the end of our first session, many people tell me they feel relieved, understood, and hopeful, like they finally have a clear place to start.

If you’re ready to stop carrying everything alone, I’d be honored to support you. Scheduling your first session can be the first step toward feeling more balanced, confident, and at ease.
