Great to meet you!

I’ve witnessed the power of therapy to bring healing and growth across many settings and life circumstances. Seeing lives change through this work continually reminds me what a privilege it is to step into someone’s story and walk alongside them toward greater understanding, peace, and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices. I often integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Behavioral Activation among other modalities to help clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical tools for healing and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. I’ll ask about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and what has or hasn’t helped in the past. We’ll move at your pace — no pressure, no judgment. My goal is for you to leave feeling understood and hopeful about the path ahead.
