Great to meet you!

My name is Tiffany. I am a professional licensed clinician who takes an evidenced based and holistic approach to therapy. I have worked in mental health since 2008. I received my BSW in 2008 from UMBC, MSW in 2010 from Howard University, and I am currently pursing my PhD with an anticipated date of completion of 12/2025. I'm licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, California, and Oregon.

Life stressors, trauma, depression, relationship conflict, and anxiety are at an all-time high. I have the skill set and expertise to assist my clients to overcome life's challenges. I'm trained in a variety of treatment modalities including trauma informed care, psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). I have a 99% satisfaction rating, endorsing my client centered approach and measurable progressive results.

During our initial session we will discuss practice protocols, treatment goals, expectations, and treatment interventions. After each session, you can expect to walk away with a teachable moment of self-reflection and interpersonal growth. I will also provide therapy homework, as the mental wellness journey is continuous. I will encourage you to intentionally lean into this wellness journey to foster real life outcomes.
