Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience across crisis counseling, addiction treatment, hospice and hospital care, community-based mental health, and private practice. I have worked with children and teens with serious emotional struggles, families in crisis, homeless and formerly incarcerated women, teenage mothers, survivors of sexual violence, and many people who are Black, queer, or otherwise marginalized.
I now focus on working with adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, the effects of early life experiences, grief and loss, and major life changes. That wide range of work has shaped how I see people, not as problems to fix, but as whole human beings shaped by what they have lived through.
My background in spiritual care helps me be present with people experiencing loss and concerns about what gives their life meaning. I have lived through many seasons of life, and my own healing journey informs how I show up in this work.
I am a mother and enjoy music, sports, theatre, travel, and time in nature. These parts of my life keep me connected to the everyday joys and struggles people bring into therapy.
