Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience working with birth to 18, young adults, families, and adults. I have a Master's in Human Development and a Master's in Social Work. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, family needs, crisis management, PTSD, and pre & postpartum needs. I have been in the clinical field for 13 years.

My approach to therapy

I use cognitive behavioral therapy and problem solving therapy as my approach. I also use motivational interviewing and client-centered approaches to help my clients achieve their goals. I am here to help you navigate through your concerns and what you would like to work on throughout our time together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will get to know one another and ensure that we are a good fit. We will assess your needs and what you would like to work on. We will identify what will be the primary focus and identify some initial steps we can take to work towards your goals.
