Great to meet you!

Great to meet you

Hi, I’m Tristin — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in North Carolina, providing telehealth in North Carolina, Oregon, and California.

I work with people who are used to holding a lot — being the strong one, the reliable one, the one who figures it out — and are ready to slow down and reconnect with themselves in a real way.

My approach isn’t about fixing you. It’s about understanding you — your patterns, your responses, and the ways your experiences have shaped how you move through the world.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, nervous system-informed approach to therapy.

That means we don’t just talk through things — we also pay attention to what’s happening in your body, your reactions, and the patterns that keep showing up, even when you’re trying to do things differently.

I integrate traditional therapy with an embodied lens, including parts work, mindfulness, and deeper self-awareness. Together, we work at a pace that allows for real change — not just insight, but integration.

This work is especially supportive for people who:

  • feel overwhelmed but still “functioning”
  • are tired of overthinking and want to feel more grounded
  • are navigating life transitions, identity shifts, or relationship patterns
  • are learning how to show up without numbing, avoiding, or pushing through

What you can expect from me

You can expect a space that is honest, grounded, and collaborative.

I’m not here to overanalyze you or make you feel like a project. I’ll meet you where you are, reflect what I see, and support you in making sense of your experiences in a way that actually translates into your everyday life.

We’ll slow things down when needed, get clear when things feel messy, and build a relationship with yourself that feels more steady, more aware, and more yours.

No pressure to perform. No need to have it all figured out.

Just real work, at a pace that respects you.
