Great to meet you!

I have a diverse background and have had the honor of working with individuals from different walks of life including military families, members of law enforcement, and individuals within the LGBTQ+ community.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with dual degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Human Services, specializing in Social and Community Services.

My approach to therapy

I have a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life's varied challenges. I am passionate about fostering resilience, self-awareness, and personal growth at every stage of life. I value the unique experiences and identities each person brings, and am dedicated to creating a welcoming, affirming space where everyone can feel truly seen, heard and respected.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,(CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centered Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. My style is warm and collaborative, and empowers individuals and families alike to explore their strengths, overcome obstacles, and move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

At the heart of my work is a deep belief in the power of acceptance, compassion, and genuine connection. I am committed to honoring the diverse stories of those I work with and supporting them as they move toward healing and meaningful change.

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming space where you are met just as you are. We’ll spend time getting to know one another, exploring what brought you to therapy, and identifying your hopes for growth. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity and care as we begin this journey together.
