Great to meet you! My name is Umu (She/Her), and I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in integrative, functional, metabolic, and nutritional psychiatry, as well as comprehensive psychological evaluations for adolescents and adults. I support individuals experiencing cognitive and executive functioning challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, sexual health concerns—including premature ejaculation, delayed ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, painful sex, dyspareunia, and vaginismus—and hormonal changes that may impact mental health, including testosterone support and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) when clinically appropriate.

My approach looks beyond symptoms to understand the full picture of health—brain function, hormones, metabolism, trauma, nutrition, and lifestyle.

My goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered—free of guilt, shame, or judgment—as they work toward a healthier, more fulfilling life aligned with their goals
