Great to meet you!

Have you found therapy unhelpful in the past? If you are looking for a change and a new approach, I can help. I have more than 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples and families overcome life's hurdles and feel fulfilled. I have a passion for helping individuals overcome PTSD, CPTSD, developmental, religious and other specific trauma. I have experience working with neurodivergent individuals, borderline, narcissistic and anti-social personalities, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, OCD, phobias, eating disorders, addiction, disassociation and chronic pain. I am passionate about LGBTQ+ and gender identity issues.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a variety of techniques to help increase the mind body connection and process emotions and trauma including EMDR, somatic experiencing, hypnosis, guided meditation and DBT to name a few. I am EMDRIA trained in advanced EMDR techniques for complex issues. I have a child welfare specialization and offer court ordered individual/child/family therapy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will take time to get to know you as we identify your wants and needs for therapy. I utilize a very laid-back approach and believe there is no single approach to healing, and therefore tailor treatment to the needs of each individual/couple/family. I use a straightforward client centered approach to help you identify goals and strategies to achieve them.
