Great to meet you!

Victoria has experience with clients across the lifespan and strives to create an individualized plan created with the client at the center.

My approach to therapy

Victoria believes that medications are to be used as a tool alongside a holistic approach including therapy, self care, and overall health empowerment. Victoria will work with you and your therapist to help build a customized medication plan that works with your lifestyle.

What you can expect from me

I hope to provide you with a warm comfy experience. A non judgmental safe space. I want you to leave our visit feeling as though you have gained a fan that is rooting for you to be the best version of yourself you can be and that your existence on this earth is not to please everyone around you but to learn self worth and love before anything. While I do not provide specialized therapy, expect to work on grounding, mindfulness, and self care techniques in addition to your medication regimen.
