Great to meet you!

I'm a therapist with over a decade of experience working with veterans, Indigenous communities, and in suicide prevention. As an Army veteran and a parent, I understand the importance of finding balance in life' challenges. I earned my Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2013 and take a warm, culturally responsive approach to therapy. My style is collaborative, supportive and sometimes infused with humor-because healing doesn't have to be heavy all the time. Outside of work I recharge by spending time in nature and enjoying time with my family. I'd love to support you in finding a path forward that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story, and I believe in creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and free from judgement. Our work together will be a partnership built on trust, respect, and open communication. My approach is warm, holistic and tailored to your needs incorporating trauma-focused, person-centered, and solution-focused techniques. I'll be here to listen, challenge and support you as we navigate your journey toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on understanding your needs and goals while creating a space where you feel safe and supported. I help clients navigate ADHD, process emotions, health from trauma, strengthen relationships, and cope with life's challenges. Together, we'll explore what's working, what's not, and how we can move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
