Great to meet you!

For the past 23 years, I have had the privilege of providing individual, couples and family therapy. I am licensed in both mental health (LCSW) and addictions counseling (CADCIII) at a master's level.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I like to use an eclectic approach- including (but not limited too) cognitive behavioral and solution focused and EMDR therapies.

I specialize in mood disorders and treating complex trauma.

I have a passion and specialized training for those working in the military and health profession communities.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe most of what people need lies deep inside themselves. However, it becomes so scattered and splattered we can not connect the dots. I use a collaborative approach to have a safe space to explore and help guide you find the solutions you are looking for. When needed, I can help provide resources for the missing gaps.

Solution-oriented
Warm
