Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Zoe and I have 25+ years of experience in the mental health field. I received my Master's degree in mental health counseling from Florida State University. I have worked in many areas, including research, forensic mental health, crisis stabilization and intervention, community health and in the insurance industry. Now I thoroughly enjoy the personal and interpersonal aspects of individual, couples and family counseling.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My counseling style is considered integrative. I would like for our counseling sessions to feel like comfortable conversations. Of course we will address the concerns at hand with therapeutic interventions, but its important that I meet you in the same emotional space in order to move forward together.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients can expect to leave sessions feeling validated, empowered and motivated with a plan to progress forward.
