Great to meet you!

Have you or someone you know struggled with the aftermath of narcissistic abuse, emotional manipulation, or domestic violence?

I help survivors move from self-doubt and confusion to clarity, confidence, and calm. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and focused on rebuilding self-trust, setting healthy boundaries, and restoring a sense of safety.

Stressful seasons, especially the holidays, can intensify old wounds and family dynamics. Together, we’ll create practical tools to manage anxiety, protect your energy, and feel more grounded.

If you know someone who could benefit from this kind of support, I welcome referrals and confidential consultations.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. I understand how manipulative or abusive dynamics can impact self-trust, emotional regulation, and personal identity. In our work together, we move thoughtfully and at a pace that feels manageable, creating space to process experiences, increase insight, and strengthen internal resources.

I integrate evidence-based practices while remaining responsive to your unique needs, with attention to rebuilding boundaries, restoring a sense of agency, and supporting long-term emotional stability.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy at this time. You’ll have space to share your experiences, concerns, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable. I may ask questions to better understand your history, current stressors, and any patterns that feel important to explore.

We’ll also discuss what you hope to gain from therapy and begin identifying initial areas of focus. If appropriate, I may introduce grounding or coping strategies to support emotional regulation between sessions.

My intention for the first meeting is to help you feel informed about the process, clarify next steps, and determine whether working together feels like a good fit.
