Welcome! I'm glad you stopped by to learn more about counseling services. My name is Aimee Garcia, and I was born and raised in Texas. I provide individual and couple's counseling services for people of all ages and backgrounds.

My background is in education and I find meaning and purpose in helping others work towards becoming the best version of themselves through their different phases of life.

I want to meet my client where they are on their journey of exploration and wellness. I am solutions focused and work from a strengths based approach to support clients in setting and achieving goals.

Clients can expect to be supported and asked to reflect on personal strengths, patterns, and goals each session in order to achieve progress towards those goals over time.
