Great to meet you!

I have over 10 years clinical experience. In those years my specialties are trauma, mood disorders, autism, parent training and identity development.

I have run dialectical behavior therapy groups, helped teens with self harm, helped individuals with life transitions.

I have two masters degrees, mental health and behavior analysis. I have worked with neurodiverse populations and trauma for most my adult life and personal life. I am EMDR certified.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy incorporates mindfulness, awareness, intuition, and Jungian style of therapy where the unconscious is brought to light through somatic and/or creative approaches. I use ego state therapy to understand thoughts, emotions, behaviors and beliefs. I also incorporate a holistic approach, that includes, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of the self that can be balanced, harmonized and integrated into the conscious awareness.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to learn about their unconscious patterns, behaviors and sabatoging behaviors. Client can expect to learn about themselves, their identity and what their goals and dreams are in life and finding ways to achieve them within their circumstances. Clients can expect to be more aware of themselves and to feel empowered and learn deeper levels of self care.
