Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adults in recovery from addictions and trauma with anxiety, depression, self esteem and spiritual crisis. Clients come to me looking for a therapist who offers education and feedback with warmth and acceptance, because in therapy you should feel valued and accepted and also sure that you will get a kind but authentic perspective on your situation. Sessions with me are focused on helping you to accurately assess your situation without blame, shame or judgement so that you can clearly see your choices and find the courage and willingness to truly live in line with what you value.

My approach to therapy

I utilize Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, 12 Step Recovery, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies in a personalized flow for you and your situation. I’ll meet you where you are on your unique journey and offer you the support you need to find freedom and a life worth living . A life where self respect, fun and freedom are not just possible but actually your new normal! You don’t have to continue to struggle with addictions, trauma, anxiety, depression and low self esteem and you don’t have to do it alone!

What you can expect from me

While I do believe that you have the answers you seek inside yourself, I am willing to give my opinion when asked! I share lots of podcasts, books and websites and process them with you while helping you make a self care plan for the week. I don't create any obligations for meeting and booking just one session to see if it's a fit is totally fine! Please reach out if you think we might be a good fit, and hopefully I can assist you on your journey.
