Great to meet you!

My journey into therapy began with a desire to help the hurting individuals I worked with in a group home, and a genuine passion for helping others find strength through life’s most difficult moments. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people facing a wide range of challenges—experiences that have shown me just how powerful and transformative therapy can be. These moments have only deepened my commitment to walking alongside others on their path to healing. I’m continually inspired by the belief that every person holds the capacity for growth, resilience, and change. We can change and heal. Sometimes we just need a little help along the way.

My approach to therapy

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions is in the ability to listen to my clients, meet them where they are, and to help clients reach their goals. As a clinician, I have worked in a variety of settings and experienced helping people with various mental/emotional health needs. I bring a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring evidence-based methods like CBT, SFT, and trauma-informed care to fit each client’s unique needs. My strength also lies in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build practical skills for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first virtual session will be a chance for us to get to know each other and start building a connection. We’ll talk about your background and what led you to seek therapy at this time. I will also explain relevant details about Telehealth, scheduling, and answer any questions you may have. We’ll talk about the approaches I will use in our work together, and together, we’ll outline your initial treatment goals to guide our journey. Even in a virtual setting, therapy is still a meaningful and personal process—and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. It’s completely normal to feel a little nervous before your first session, but I’ll be here to guide you through each step and help you feel as comfortable as possible.
