Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Therapist with over 15 years of experience helping adults, teens, couples, and families manage anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem. I hold Master’s and Specialist degrees from Florida State University and am licensed in 10 States. My approach is warm, direct, and goal-oriented — I focus on helping you gain insight, build practical tools, and make meaningful change. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to grow, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in partnership — I believe therapy works best when we collaborate to identify your goals and work toward them together. I bring warmth, humor, and honesty to each session, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities and tailor techniques to fit your unique needs, challenges, and strengths. No two clients are the same, and I adapt my approach to ensure our work is meaningful, effective, and aligned with your vision for change.

What you can expect from me

Our work together begins with a 60-minute intake session, during which we’ll explore your history, identify the core issues bringing you to therapy, and set clear, meaningful goals. From there, all sessions are 45–50 minutes and focused on helping you make real progress. I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe being yourself. Clients often leave sessions with new insight, practical tools, and a greater sense of clarity and control over their lives.
