Great to meet you!

Therapy with Lived Wisdom

With over 20 years of experience walking alongside individuals on their healing journeys, I bring more than clinical knowledge—I bring lived understanding. My work is rooted in the mind-body connection, because true healing doesn’t just happen in the mind. It happens in the nervous system, in the body, and in the deeper layers of the self.

Choosing a therapist is a sacred step. If you’re wondering how to choose, I invite you to ask: “Do they do their own work? Have they sat in the depths they’ll be guiding me through?”

I have. I’ve lived the unraveling. I’ve done the deep inner work. And I’ve found my way through.

Now, I offer a steady, compassionate presence to help you find yours. You don’t have to do this alone.

Let me walk with you.

My approach to therapy

My Approach

My therapeutic style is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and respect for where you are right now. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where your current needs, goals, and life experiences are honored. Together, we clarify what healing and freedom look like for you—and map a path to help you get there.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. That’s why I weave together traditional therapies with somatic and nervous system-based tools—practices grounded in both ancient wisdom and modern science. Every session is tailored to your individuality, your pace, and your truth.

Whether you're navigating trauma, burnout, life transitions, or simply longing to feel more yourself again, you don’t have to do it alone. We will navigate it together.

What you can expect from me

What to Expect in a Session

My goal is always to help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom to become your own medicine. Healing isn’t about fixing you—it’s about remembering who you are beneath the pain, patterns, and protective layers.

In our sessions, you can expect a grounded, compassionate space where you're guided—not led—toward insight, regulation, and self-trust. I don’t foster dependence; I support you in building the skills, awareness, and resilience that already live inside you.

Yes, we’ll work with your symptoms—but not just to manage them. We’ll also get curious about why they’re there. Because every reaction, behavior, or emotion holds a story—and when we explore the root with gentleness and presence, healing becomes not only possible but inevitable.

This is a journey of self-reclamation. The journey back to who you were meant to be.
