Great to meet you!

I specialize in adoption, foster, and kinship families, especially those struggling with past trauma. I love to see parents feel successful in parenting their children from hard places.

My approach to therapy

I focus quite a bit on attachment and parenting. Using family therapy approaches, both with and without the child present, to ensure the integrity of the relationship.

What you can expect from me

We will set goals together and understand they can always change. Ultimately, I strive to help families feel safe and successful, whatever that looks like for them. I bring real life experience to my practice to help show successes and failures help us grow.
