Great to meet you!

I feel privileged in my work as I firmly believe in the effectiveness of the therapeutic process. With the support of a knowledgeable therapist, we can significantly improve our lives. This journey involves honesty and self-assessment to measure ourselves against our potential in different areas of life. As your therapist, I aim to create a secure, non-judgmental space and offer compassionate encouragement throughout your journey. I invite anyone who wishes to enhance their situation and aim for a better life to reach out.

I am inspired to support individuals like you as you face life's obstacles and difficulties. I will establish a secure therapeutic environment for your exploration and personal development. My attentive listening will be complemented by insights and guidance to facilitate your understanding, healing, and growth.

With nearly 30 years of experience supporting adults, teens, and couples in crisis, I am licensed to practice in Michigan, Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia, Arkansas, Iowa, and Nevada. I hold two graduate degrees in Behavioral Health: Clinical Psychology and Clinical Social Work.

My approach to therapy

I will customize my approach to fit your unique needs. Life can be tough and stressful, and it’s common to feel overwhelmed. However, don't lose hope—you can achieve success. I would be honored to assist you on your journey.
