Hello! My name is Courtney Mitchell! I am a 2014 graduate of the University of Arkansas Little Rock with a Master of Social Work degree, I have served clients across the United States to include rural Arkansas, Oklahoma, Indiana, Arizona and Nebraska. I have also spent time doing medical social work at Arkansas Children's Hospital and teaching at the University of Nevada Reno. I consider myself a trauma therapist, working with people of all ages and backgrounds through different trauma modalities.

My approach to therapy

I approach each person as a unique individual, treating the whole person with respect and understanding. I specialize in trauma and holistic person health.
