Great to meet you!

I’ve been providing counseling since the 1990s. I hold a doctorate in Counseling Psychology. I’m also a tenured psychology professor. My clients tend to share certain worries and concerns that might best be summed up as feeling a sense of meaninglessness, being unproductive, and not relating well with others. I work with both individuals and couples. Among my clients are young adults trying to sort things out, medically compromised patients, adults waylaid by life and relationship transitions, and people struggling with anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

I have extensive training in a variety of different approaches. We’ll find what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

With our first session, we are both engaged in evaluation.
