Great to meet you!

I'm Elizabeth, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) practitioner. I'm here to offer you a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to therapy. I recognize that healing isn't always a straight path, so I provide a warm, judgment-free space where you can truly be yourself. Collaboration, curiosity, and trust are essential to me, and I'm committed to helping you navigate challenges while celebrating your unique strengths and experiences.

My approach to therapy

I believe in an integrative and personalized approach to our work together. I pull from various evidence-based modalities to ensure that our sessions align with your unique needs and aspirations. It's important to me to consider how your relationships, identity, environment, and thought patterns influence your experiences. Whether focusing on developing coping skills or processing trauma, my goal is to blend emotional understanding with practical tools that foster real-life change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm and collaborative space where we’ll get to know each other, explore what brought you to therapy, and begin identifying your goals. We’ll discuss your hopes, concerns, and what you’d like to change or better understand. By the end of this initial meeting, many clients leave with a sense of relief, clarity, and a first step toward self-awareness. If appropriate, we may also begin introducing practical strategies right away.
