Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor who has been fortunate to provide services to people of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds. I specialize in providing treatment to children and adolescents impacted by trauma and am a nationally certified Trauma Focused CBT therapist. I also treat adults struggling to adapt after the sudden, traumatic death of a loved one.

My approach to therapy

Finding the right therapist can be quite a challenge. My approach to therapy is to provide a comforting environment which allows for the creation of a therapeutic alliance. Together, we will create a plan to address selected needs. As we develop our therapeutic relationship we will apply interventions and strategies that will help you to meet your goals.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a supportive environment where we can explore your initial concerns, develop goals, and discover strengths and resources as you move toward what really matters to you. Clients can expect to learn skills and strategies to cope and enjoy every day life.
