Great to meet you!

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time outdoors, riding my horses, and being with my family. These activities help me stay grounded and connected to what matters most in life. I value balance, authenticity, and meaningful relationships, and I bring those same values into my work with clients. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and working toward their goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is direct, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I work with clients to clearly identify their goals and focus on practical steps to help them make meaningful progress as efficiently as possible. I aim to create a supportive space where we can address challenges honestly while staying focused on change and growth.

I use a trauma-focused lens in my work, recognizing how past experiences can shape current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. When appropriate, I integrate trauma-informed interventions to help clients process experiences safely while building coping skills, emotional regulation, and resilience. My goal is to help clients move forward with clarity, confidence, and tools they can continue using beyond therapy.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions with new tools and feeling validated and supported with a clear plan on what to expect the next time we meet.
