Faheda Rasool

Hello! I am an LCSW in the state of Florida. I also hold licenses in California, Massachusetts, Virginia, North Carolina, Michigan, Wyoming, and Hawaii. I completed my education at Florida Gulf Coast University and have since worked with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, ODD, managing stress, work/life balance, relationship challenges, life transitions, and more. My therapeutic style is curious, warm, and inquisitive.

Throughout my career, I've used primarily CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution focused modalities in my practice along with aspects of family structural therapy and mindfulness based therapy.

During our sessions, we will work together to create some goals for our treatment plan. As sessions progress, we'll be checking in on the progress made towards these goals and how you're feeling about what brought you to the therapeutic space.
