Great to meet you!

I believe everyone has the capacity to better understand their emotional life. With specialized training in psychodynamic and relational counseling, I am interested in helping others cultivate healthy, satisfying relationships, and a stronger connection to a sense of self. Reaching out for support can feel intimidating; my goal is to provide a comfortable and secure environment to talk about whatever comes to mind. What would it be like to have a place to say anything?

My approach to therapy

A therapeutic relationship offers an opportunity to explore the unspoken and unknown parts of ourselves and develop a deeper understanding of the motivations of others. Through exploration, tension states begin to soothe, discomfort begins to subside, and our relationships begin to transform. I strive to provide compassionate care to better understand the sources of emotional distress within the here and now.

What you can expect from me

I'd like to schedule a brief consultation to better understand your concerns and what you hope to accomplish in the treatment space. Not only does a consultation help me understand what you'd like to work on in therapy, but it can help both of us decide if we are a good fit to work together. Please don't hesitate to reach out via phone or email to book a good time.
