Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor in SC. In addition to SC, I am licensed in GA, KS, WA, IL, OR, MN, NC, ID, MO, NV, CA, and NY, and can provide telehealth services in FL and ID. I have been practicing since 2011, spending years working in community mental health before branching out to private practice. I would love to work with you to achieve your full potential and live a happy and healthy life!

My approach to therapy

I tend to use a person-centered and solution-focused model as I believe in focusing on your current problems and working together to develop effective strategies for improving overall life satisfaction. I also incorporate Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy often to help identify problematic thinking and retrain your brain to be more positive!

What you can expect from me

I hope you will leave each session with me with some new tools in your toolbox. It is important for you to have concrete takeaways, action points, to implement in real life!
