Great to meet you!

If anxiety is running the show in your life — the racing thoughts, the "what ifs," the exhaustion of trying to hold everything together — you're in the right place. I work with adults who are ready to stop white-knuckling through stress and start building something that actually feels manageable. Whether you're navigating everyday anxiety, the weight of past trauma, or patterns that keep showing up no matter what you try, I'll meet you where you are. You don't have to have it figured out to get started.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy — practical, evidence-based approaches that help you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and start shifting what isn't working. Sessions are collaborative. I'll offer structure and tools, but the direction we go follows what matters most to you. You'll leave with concrete strategies you can use between appointments, not just insight.

What you can expect from me

The first session is low-pressure — it's really just about getting to know each other. You'll share what's brought you to therapy and what you're hoping to feel or do differently. I'll ask some questions to make sure I understand the full picture before we start building a plan together. If you're nervous walking in, that's completely normal. We'll move at whatever pace feels right for you.
