Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in addiction, mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, anger management, and attention/hyperactivity disorders in adults. I hold a Master's in Social Work from The Rockefeller College at SUNY Albany and an MBA from Iona College. My work is grounded in compassion, cultural humility, and a genuine belief in every person's ability to heal and grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Therapy, Supportive Therapy, and Insight-Oriented approaches, offered with or without psychopharmacology. I focus not just on managing symptoms, but on helping you understand and break the deeper patterns that keep you stuck.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about you; your story, your goals, and what brought you here. I create a warm, judgment-free space where you are heard and respected. Together, we will identify what you hope to gain and build a clear, collaborative path forward toward lasting change.
