Great to meet you!

I have over 16 years of clinical experience and my specialty is treating stress/anxiety, self esteem, confidence struggles, relationship issues, and navigating life changes. I view myself as being a warm and compassionate person people often say they feel very comfortable around, which is a hugely important aspect of therapy. Helping my clients to feel as at ease and safe as possible is a top priority! I invite you to email me for a consultation to determine if we would be a good fit.

My approach to therapy

My style is very warm and compassionate, I like to do my best to help my clients to feel as at ease as possible. I strongly believe in meeting the client where they are at!
