Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a LCMHCS, LPCS, LCAS, CCS based in North Carolina and practicing in NC, SC, GA, AZ, ME, RI, TX, MA, US VI and NH. I received my Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University and two Masters from Webster University in Counseling and Health Administration. I have been practicing for over 20 years and enjoy working with a diverse population of people. I have several areas of expertise and enjoy using them to support my clients in their overall life goals and plans for success.

My approach to therapy

I have years experience using CBT. Focusing on changing negative thought patterns and behaviors to improve mental health and overall well-being.

I have developed a line of journals that I enjoy using to help support the clients on their therapy journey and it typically translates to having tools and skills that individuals are able to use in their overall life goals and other pursuits.

What you can expect from me

I love working with different individuals who are experiencing concerns and have the desire to work through the issues and coming up with better results. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality.

I've developed journals to help assist many of my clients with a tried-and-true playbook for helping identify the root cause of challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
