I am a highly skilled, compassionate clinical social worker who utilize varying approaches to therapy. I have over 20 years of experience with individuals across the life span. I utilize evidence based approaches to therapy tailored to the specific needs of the client and their goals. I am transparent in sessions providing psychoeducation to my clients about techniques utilized to teach practical skills and strategies necessary for clients to manage their thoughts, emotions and behaviors effectively.

I focus on developing a collaborative relationship with my client where they can feel empowered to actively participate in their therapeutic progress and provide feedback that will be prioritized during sessions. I also focus on teaching coping strategies and techniques that can develop the tools needed to navigate challenges outside of therapy.
