Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with people who want to improve their relationships, whether that be with others or themselves. I offer professional guidance and support that help individuals and families deal with ongoing conflicts. My clinical experience includes working with adolescents and adults who are facing challenges with anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, ADHD, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I engage my clients from a person-centered perspective and incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR to assist clients.

What you can expect from me
