Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of experience across a wide range of therapeutic settings, including family, adolescent, individual, group, adult, outpatient, residential, and day programs. I help clients enhance their quality of life by using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, honesty, client-centered care, and evidence-based practices. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring their challenges, identifying patterns, and working toward meaningful personal growth.

I use an integrative and individualized approach, drawing from therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, behavioral therapy, expressive therapies, and other evidence-based interventions. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, strengths, and life experiences.

With over two decades of clinical and programmatic experience, I bring a broad understanding of the emotional, behavioral, relational, and life challenges that can impact individuals and families. In my virtual practice, I work with adolescents ages 15 and up, adults, couples, and families using an individualized approach that recognizes therapy is not one-size-fits-all. My goal is to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and create healthier patterns for managing stress, relationships, trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.

depression, life transitions, and other challenges.

I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, respectful, and practical. Together, we will work to identify what is keeping you stuck, develop realistic goals, and build tools that support long-term healing and improved quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Clients have described my therapeutic style as authentic, direct, solution-oriented, attentive, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and challenged in healthy ways. My goal is to help clients gain insight, identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, and develop practical pathways toward healing, growth, and improved quality of life.
