A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. I practice as a cognitive behavioral therapist. This means we will work together to understand the role that our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors play in our current struggles. In addition to support and insight, CBT offers clients specific strategies, skills and tools that you can use to make changes, relieve suffering, and achieve your goals.
