Great to meet you!

I hold a doctorate degree in clinical behavioral health, a master’s degree in clinical psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. I am trained in individual, couple, and family systems therapy, as well as health psychology, crisis intervention, and trauma-based counseling. I provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of clinical issues such as anxiety, depression, phobias, trauma and relationship conflicts.

My approach to therapy

My treatment modalities are steeped in evidence-based practices and include cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, trauma-focused therapy, emotionally focused therapy, mindfulness practice and interpersonal psychotherapy. This is accomplished by working within a systemic framework that considers the direct and subtle role sociological factors, conditioning and relationship systems play in issues presenting in psychotherapy.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to supporting your mental and emotional well-being. My goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where we can work collaboratively towards your personal growth and healing. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or other concerns, I'm here to provide compassionate guidance and evidence-based interventions tailored to your unique needs.
