Great to meet you!

Greetings! I am Dr. Olushola Bakare (she/her), a board-certified Psychotherapist with an educational background from St. Joseph College. My practice is exclusively dedicated to adults aged 18 to 100 years. I do not provide couple or family therapy. My areas of specialization include ADHD, anxiety, sexual concerns, and depression disorders. I am eager to assist you with any concerns you may have today. My approach is to empower individuals by uncovering their unique strengths.

My approach to therapy

CBT, DBT, Solution therapy, and narrative therapy I work with any client who is willing to make a change in any sphere of their life, career, marriage, and relationship. My client wants to make the change, "tired of being tried," but some of my clients do not have the tools or have tools but feel stuck. They feel stuck, overwhelmed, tired, anxious, and depressed. We will work together to get to our goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions and then dive into the reason why an appointment is made. This will help us to collaboratively create a treatment plan homework is assigned and we round up with questions and answers and a follow-up appointment will be made.
