Great to meet you!

You may find yourself overthinking conversations, worrying about how others perceive you, avoiding social situations, or feeling anxious even when you genuinely want to connect with others. You might replay conversations afterward, second-guess what you said, or worry about how you came across. Anxiety can make everyday interactions feel overwhelming, but therapy can help you feel more confident, comfortable, and at ease being yourself.

My approach to therapy

I help adults work through anxiety, relationship concerns, substance use, and personal growth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and affirming. We’ll focus on practical tools to help you manage your concerns, build confidence, and stop letting fear keep you from the relationships and experiences you want.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve tried so far, and what you want to feel different in your day-to-day life. I’ll ask some gentle questions to help us understand patterns that no longer feel like they're working or where you may feel stuck. From there, we’ll begin to develop a treatment plan tailored to helping you achieve your therapeutic goals.
